Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Coordinator PT TIANCH GLOBAL INDONESIA
This position is mainly responsible for the development and signing cooperation of local TikTok merchants in Indonesia. Proactively explore high-quality local merchant resources, complete business negotiation, cooperation docking and order signing transformation, build and expand the platform's local merchant cooperation matrix, achieve the company's sales performance indicators, and promote the large-scale development of the platform's local commercial ecosystem. Candidates with experience in TikTok local merchant development and business sales are preferred.
- Responsible for exploring and developing local TikTok merchants in Indonesia, actively connecting with local small and medium-sized merchants and brand merchants, accurately mining merchants' cooperation needs, and promoting the implementation of business cooperation.
- Independently complete merchant negotiation, plan explanation, business communication, contract docking and signing, efficiently achieve personal sales and order signing goals, and ensure the completion of performance indicators.
- Maintain customer relationships with signed local merchants, conduct daily communication and docking, answer merchants' cooperation questions, explore secondary and incremental cooperation opportunities, and improve customer retention and repurchase value.
- Real-time research on the dynamics, industry trends and competitor policies of Indonesia's local TikTok e-commerce market, sort out market information, customer needs and sales data, and complete work review and report regularly.
- Cooperate with the company's commercial operation strategy, implement various merchant investment activities and promotion policies, efficiently promote merchant signing and transformation, and continuously expand the platform's local cooperative merchant resource pool.
- Follow up the subsequent settlement and operation docking of signed merchants, cooperate with internal teams to solve problems in the process of merchant cooperation, and ensure the smooth progress of cooperation.
