QUALIFICATIONS
Male / Female, maximum 30 years old
Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or related fields
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development, Account Executive, or related sales position
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they possess strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C sales is an advantage
Strong ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Confident in meeting clients both online and offline
Able to develop and maintain longterm customer relationships
Target oriented and able to work under sales targets and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Experience using CRM systems is a plus
Familiar with digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage
Able to prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
Willing to travel for client visits and business meetings when required
Self motivated, proactive, disciplined, and result oriented
Strong problem solving and customer service mindset
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Good English communication skills (spoken and written) are preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company sales targets
Generate new leads through online and offline channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Conduct product and service presentations to prospective clients
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers
Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely responses
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information in the system
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings to promote the company's products and services
Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term client relationships
ADDITIONAL VALUE
Experience in B2B sales and corporate account management
Existing network of corporate clients is an advantage
Experience selling technology, construction, retail, digital services, or IT solutions
Experience in digital sales and social selling through LinkedIn or social media platforms
Strong presentation and public speaking skills
Experience in tender or procurement processes is a plus
Understanding of marketing strategies and customer acquisition
Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage
Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) is a plus
