SALES COORDINATOR

PT Thuan Hai Indonesia is a subsidiary of Thuan Hai Energy (Vietnam) — specializing in industrial boiler operation services for manufacturing plants across Southeast Asia. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator reporting directly to the CEO.
Key responsibilities:
• Support and coordinate sales activities with existing customers.
• Track monthly sales output, reconcile invoices and receivables, and assist in handling customer inquiries or complaints.
• Prepare sales reports, quotations, proposals, and presentation materials for business opportunities.
• Coordinate meetings with customers and support customer visits/site visits when required.
• Conduct market research and prepare analytical reports on potential customers as directed by management.
• Support business development administration and maintain company marketing materials and sales documents.
Requirements:
• WNI, S1/D3 in Business/Accounting/Finance/Engineering/Marketing/Economics.
• 1–4 years of experience as Sales Coordinator/Sales Admin/Bid Coordinator/Pre-sales/Tender Admin/Market Researcher at B2B industrial companies. Fresh graduates with strong financial foundations will be considered.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, especially with numbers and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with good presentation skills.
• Good English communication skills (TOEIC 650+ or equivalent preferred).
• Willing to travel 1–2 days/month.
