Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Coordinator – Logistics & Shipping Asian Tigers Indonesia
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator – Logistics & Shipping to develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales leads. The role will also coordinate with internal teams and overseas agents to ensure smooth service delivery and support related shipment documentation when required.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 in Logistics, Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or logistics/shipping.
- Experience in HHG, General Cargo, or Fine Art Shipping is highly preferred.
- Experience in export-import or international shipping is an advantage.
- Strong sales, networking, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proactive, responsive, detail-oriented, honest, and a good team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
- Willing to work in Tangerang Selatan; candidates from BSD, Serpong, Pamulang, or Bintaro are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and develop sales opportunities for HHG, General Cargo, and Fine Art Shipping
- Build and maintain strong customer and business networks to generate new leads and opportunities
- Prepare rates, quotations, and shipping solutions based on customer requirements
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and customers to support sales conversion
- Maintain good relationships with customers, agents, and business partners
- Coordinate with internal teams and overseas agents to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handle related administrative and shipment documentation, including opening files, preparing documents, and draft invoice
- Monitor shipment progress and follow up on operational requirements when needed
- Maintain clear communication and close coordination with internal teams.
