Responsibilities:
• Drive channel sales and business development for cosmetic, skincare, and personal care products
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners
• Manage the full sales cycle including quotations, negotiations, and contract signing
• Coordinate with internal teams including R&D, production, and quality control to deliver customer solutions
• Monitor domestic and overseas market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Achieve company sales targets
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of channel sales experience in a cosmetics manufacturing environment
• Established channel resources and network within the cosmetics industry required
• Experience in overseas markets such as Southeast Asia, Europe, or the Americas is a plus
• Background in OEM/ODM industry is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus
• Willing to be based in Semarang
