Key responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present and explain products/services to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales process from initial contact through closing.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct client visits and meetings as required.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
About you:
- Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, or Sales Consultant is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Mandarin/Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Strong sales skills and target-oriented mindset.
- Confident, proactive, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
- Willing to travel and conduct client visits when required.
- Must own a personal car and have a valid driving license (SIM A).
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
