Sales Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintain premium showroom presentation and customer experience standards
2. Support showroom events, product launches, and client activations
3. Ensure all leads and client interactions are accurately recorded in the tracking system
4. Own the full sales cycle from initial showroom visit to signed contract
5. Deliver high-quality product presentations covering modular systems, materials, and engineering features
6. Provide tailored kitchen consultations including layout planning, configuration, material selection, and renovation integration
7. Prepare detailed design proposals and quotations for qualified prospects
8. Execute structured follow-ups on all active leads
9. Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, and objection management with high-value clients
10. Coordinate post-sale handover to the operations team with complete project brief
11. Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and property developers
12. Represent the brand in industry events, workshops, and networking sessions
13. Support the product specification process with technical documentation and material samples
14. Conduct external client or partner visits when required

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in premium showroom or consultative sales
2. At least 1 year of experience working with architects, interior designers, or developers
3. Proven track record of closing transactions valued at IDR 300 million or above
4. Based in Jakarta and willing to work onsite at Jakarta Design Center (JDC)
5. Native fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English
6. Background in premium brands (kitchen, sanitary, interior, or related industries)
7. Existing network within Jakarta’s architecture and interior design community
8. Experience handling project-based sales with 2–4 month decision cycles
