We are currently assisting a Consumer Electronics and Technology company in finding an experienced Sales Commercial Supervisor to support channel expansion, distributor development, and commercial sales operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and expand offline sales channels, including distributors, resellers, and retail partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners.
- Support commercial negotiations and partnership agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Provide market insights to support sales planning and demand forecasting.
- Conduct regular field visits to evaluate retail execution and market performance.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Commercial, Channel Development, Business Development, or Distributor Management.
- Experience within Consumer Electronics, Technology, IT, or related industries.
- Proven experience in developing distributors, channel partners, or retail networks.
- Strong understanding of offline sales channels and key account management.
- Good analytical and commercial forecasting capabilities.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Results-oriented with a proactive and hunter mindset.
