- Achieve monthly sales targets Sales targets are consistently met or exceeded each month.
- Have a large company database to call and email Minimum 20 - 25 calls and emails per day
- Meeting appointment Minimum 20 meetings acquired per month through proactive prospecting.
- Identify new business opportunities Minimum 5 new clients acquired per month through proactive prospecting.
- Prepare sales proposals and presentations Proposals are well-prepared, aligned with client needs, and delivered on time.
- Provide post-sales support Clients receive prompt assistance and follow-up after each sale.
- Daily sales report in bitrix and Spreadsheet To be a barometer for individual target achievement and also sales reports to superiors
Keterampilan dan Pengalaman yang Dibutuhkan - Have at least 2 years of experience in a sales or sales consultant role.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to persuade an audience.
- A good understanding of the training industry and experience selling training products will be an advantage.
- Ability to work with challenging targets while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
- Interest in technology and the ability to quickly learn our product's features and benefits.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or Communications.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
