We are seeking a talented and dedicated Cloud Consultant Enterprise to join our PT Cloud Ace Integra team. As a Managed Service Provider (MSP) of Google, we specialize in Google Cloud services, training, projects, and cloud-based application development. This role will focus on providing solutions for enterprise clients and requires an individual with solid communication skills, a deep understanding of cloud technology, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Customer Engagement
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Enterprise and SMB customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand business challenges and objectives.
- Drive consultative sales engagements focused on business outcomes rather than product features.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Opportunity Management
- Own and manage the sales cycle from qualification to deal closure.
- Coordinate customer engagements, proposal activities, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and opportunity records.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses to customer requirements.
- Collaboration with Technical Teams
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Engineers, and Delivery teams to develop customer solutions.
- Facilitate communication between customers and technical teams during solution discussions.
- Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and understood by internal teams.
- Support the preparation and presentation of solution proposals, demonstrations, and workshops.
- Customer Success & Account Growth
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers regarding cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support customer retention and long-term account growth.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Promote Google Cloud, Managed Services, Training, AI, Data Analytics, Security, and Application Development offerings where relevant.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Business, Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, customer success, or technology-related roles.
- Strong interest in cloud technology, digital transformation, and business solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Consultative and customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand customer business needs.
- Comfortable conducting customer meetings, presentations, and onsite visits.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Pre-Sales, Engineering, Delivery, and other internal teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling IT solutions, cloud services, software, SaaS, managed services, or technology-related products.
- Experience managing Enterprise and/or SMB customers.
- Exposure to hunting, lead generation, account development, upselling, and cross-selling activities.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Workspace or other cloud technologies.
- Google Cloud Digital Leader or other cloud-related certifications.
- Experience working in technology consulting, cloud services, digital transformation, or innovation-related environments.
- Understanding of customer business processes and the ability to identify business opportunities through consultative engagement.
