Sales Canvassing / Field Sales (Jakarta)

As a Sales Canvassing / Field Sales, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through direct field visits in the Pasar Senen, Mangga Dua, and Tanah Abang areas. This role focuses on building strong business relationships, introducing our logistics solutions, and achieving sales targets through a proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven approach.

Job Description :

- Promote and sell the company's logistics and shipping services to retail stores and business owners.

- Conduct daily canvassing activities to identify and acquire new customers in Pasar Senen, Mangga Dua, and Tanah Abang.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

- Provide customers with information about shipping services, pricing, and delivery lead times.

- Prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, and close deals.

- Achieve the sales targets assigned by the company.

- Handle basic administrative tasks related to customer orders and sales activities.

- Monitor shipment progress and ensure customers receive excellent service throughout the delivery process.

- Build and maintain a database of prospective customers while submitting daily sales activity reports.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Field Sales, Sales Canvassing, Merchandiser, or in a similar sales role.

- Proven experience in direct customer acquisition and field sales activities.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

- Results-oriented and able to work under pressure.

- Professional appearance with a proactive and confident attitude.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with WhatsApp Business is an advantage.

- Good knowledge of the Pasar Senen, Mangga Dua, and Tanah Abang areas is preferred.

- Willing to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory.
