Job Description:
- Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts, regularly coordinate with existing customers, and handle complaints effectively.
- Develop comprehensive sales plans and strategies, analyze market potential, and identify new customer opportunities.
- Deliver effective presentations and lead negotiations, coordinate cross-functionally within the company, and prepare detailed sales reports.
- Ensure all sales activities strictly comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record in B2B customer acquisition and retention.
- Experience within the CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) or energy sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Analytical thinking for market potential assessment and sales forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
