What You'll Do
- Develop and execute business growth strategies
- Build strong relationships with Oil & Gas operators, drilling contractors, EPC companies, service companies, and government institutions
- Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and tender activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
- Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Commercial, or Account Management
- Strong network within the Oil & Gas, Energy, Geothermal, or Industrial sectors
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth
- Experience handling tenders, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
