CUiT is looking for a highly driven and experienced professional to join us as a Sales (Brand Partnership).
In this role, you will take ownership of acquiring and managing brand clients, while driving revenue through strategic campaign solutions on CUiT’s platform. You will play a key role in shaping partnerships and delivering impactful campaigns for brands.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Identify and acquire new brand clients and partnership opportunities
• Understand client objectives and develop tailored campaign strategies
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful campaign execution
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to company revenue
• Provide market insights and contribute to sales strategy development
📌 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from any major
• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Experienced in handling brand clients and managing accounts
• Strategic thinking with strong commercial awareness
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
• Willing to be based in South Jakarta

• Experience in agency, media, advertising, or digital platform industry
• Experience selling campaign-based or marketing solutions
• Existing network with brands, agencies, or corporate clients
