As a Sales Representative for Banquet and MICE, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing relationships with key clients. Your primary duties include developing strategic sales plans, conducting market research, and presenting tailored proposals to prospective customers. You will collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure seamless event execution and maintain high standards of service delivery. Additionally, you will manage negotiations, prepare contracts, and provide regular updates on sales performance to senior management, ensuring that all targets are met efficiently and effectively.
