Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct canvassing and direct sales activities to potential HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) clients.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with partners and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand roasted coffee bean sales.
• Present and promote Brand’s products with deep product knowledge and confidence.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Gather market insights, competitor data, and customer feedback to support business growth strategies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience or strong interest in B2B sales, especially in the HoReCa or coffee industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about achieving and exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Owns transportation and willing to do fieldwork (canvassing).
