B2B Sales Representative

Located in Menteng, Central Jakarta, we combine advanced medical aesthetics with a holistic approach to patient care.
As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you are enthusiastic about building business relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving sales performance, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, business partners, and strategic accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue growth.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and meetings to promote the company's products and services.
- Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver value and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Management teams to support business development initiatives.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent relationship management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Marketing.
- Proven experience in B2B sales; experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, wellness, beauty, or hospitality industries is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management and account management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
