- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields
- Have 2 - 3 years of experience as a B2B Sales (preferred in Coffee or Food & Beverages industries)
- Develop a business plan, revenue, and expenses control to manage monthly sales report
- Implement pricing strategy and manage the business to achieve growth goals
- Having a high level of discipline and target-oriented
- Good communication, negotiation, and excellent research skills
- Identifying target accounts and searching business contacts
- Finding out the contact details of key decision-makers (known as prospects) who work for the potential customers
- Contacting prospects using a variety of methods, including calls, emails or sales letters
- Arranging and attending meetings
- Nurturing leads, closing sales contracts, and upselling to current customers
