Key Responsibilities:
Develop and identify new business opportunities within industrial market segments.
Promote and sell industrial products, including conveyor components, chains, clutches, lubricants, and other supporting equipment.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and business partners.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations based on their requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth project execution and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations for prospective and existing clients.
Assist in the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals.
Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, reports, and pipeline progress.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Technical Sales, or other customer-facing roles.
Experience in selling industrial products, spare parts, machinery, equipment, lubricants, or other B2B industrial solutions is highly preferred.
Proven experience in prospecting, canvassing, cold calling, and acquiring new customers (hunter sales).
Comfortable working in the field and proactively identifying new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Educational background in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, or related disciplines) is highly preferred. Candidates from Business or other relevant fields with strong industrial sales experience are also encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented, self-driven, and confident in building new customer relationships and expanding market coverage.
Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Willing to travel for customer visits, business meetings, and business development activities.
