Requirements:

  • Professional looking, good attitude & confident, strong interpersonal skills, and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Business, Marketing, or International Relations, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in Sales.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales.
  • Prior experience working in a multinational company in the B2B industry is highly preferred.
  • Mandatory English Speaker.
  • Excellent in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and accustomed to working under target-based environments.
  • Capable of managing sales targets effectively.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and market trend analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experienced in preparing well-structured and organized sales reports.

Job Description

  • Proactive in searching for new customers and make sales reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term success and project sustainability and handle complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Creating action plans in achieving sales targets.
  • Customer visit to make an offer, following up on the status of supply, ensure compliance with orders, develop a customer database.
  • Conduct product presentations and provide solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Ensure that ordered products are sent and received by customers on time as requested.
  • Achieve targets as set up by the Company according to the Sales Division plan.
  • Create an action plan to achieve sales targets.
  • Able to work individually and in teams.
  • Regularly coordinate with internal teams through office meetings to ensure synergy across departments.
  • Responsible for handling clients.
