A. Qualifications
1. Female/Male
2. Maximum age 30 years
3. Bachelor's degree (Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field)
4. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in industrial automation sales/automation engineering.
5. Good communication skills in Indonesian and English.
6. Able to use CRM tools such as Salesforce and negotiate with clients.
7. Focused on sales targets for industrial automation products.
8. Strong understanding of PLC programming, HMI systems, and SCADA.
9. Knowledge of industrial control systems and instrumentation.
10. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.).
11. Ability to read and interpret engineering and electrical drawings.
B. Job Desk and responsibility
1. Assess client plant or business needs and recommend appropriate and relevant automation equipment, instruments, or software. 2. Lead system presentations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops for prospective buyers.
3. Design proposals, write custom engineering proposals, price estimates, and return-on-investment estimates.
4. Prospect new customers, manage sales channels, and achieve revenue targets. 5. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth installations, troubleshooting, and client training.
6. Schedule target market visits and follow-up on visit results.
7. Prepare sales performance reports to superiors.
