Position Summary
As a Car Battery Sales Specialist at KZMALL, you are the technical expert for our power-solutions category. You will use our digital platform to provide fast, accurate battery recommendations to repair shops and ensure they have the reliable energy solutions their customers need to stay on the road.
Key Responsibilities
• Technical Consulting: Advise clients on the correct battery specifications, including capacity, cold cranking amps (CCA), and compatibility for specific vehicle makes and models.
• Sales Execution: Drive growth in the battery category by proactively managing orders and identifying opportunities to upsell premium or specialized battery products.
• Procurement Support: Utilize our digital platform to track inventory, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of battery units to repair shops.
• Relationship Management: Serve as the go-to contact for shop owners, building long-term trust through product reliability and deep technical knowledge.
Requirements
• Proven experience in automotive parts sales, with a strong focus on electrical components or batteries.
• Strong technical understanding of automotive electrical systems and battery standards.
