- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Identify and acquire new customers within the building materials, construction, property, and related industries.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand business opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and business negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage the sales process until deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support and effective solutions.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Assistant Manager or equivalent position.
- Proven experience in B2B sales of building materials is mandatory.
- Strong network within the construction, developer, contractor, distributor, or building materials industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willing to travel for business meetings and customer visits.
