Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional cystomer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Assist customers with styling advice and product recommendations.
- Handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain store appearance and merchandise displays.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and brand storytelling.
- Meet and exeed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) - additional languages are a plus!
- Prior experience in retail, fashion or luxury sales preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about fashion and styling.
- Strong sales skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
