Job Scope
- Be part of the global team to help Singapore Retail SMEs go digital, and contribute to a broader National Initiative
- Assist clients by on-boarding, process sales and meet onboarding goals on daily basis.
- Participate in roadshows with a highly energized team to educate the retailers on government initiatives
- SourceSage is an IMDA approved PSG and DRB solutions provider, which empowered you to help SMEs to digitize
Job Duties
- Answers questions about PSG and Digital Resilience Bonus package from government
- Introduce the benefits of having ecommerce platform to go online to sell
- Product Demos
- Captures Leads
Skills and Qualifications
- Able to do in one-third of the time of what most competent persons will accomplish
- Interpersonal Communication and Presentation skills
- Customer Service Skills,
- Attention to Detail, Ability to Track Leads,
- Good vibe and energy
- Patience (Especially with SMEs who are around your mom and dad ages)
