To summarize the work content we will try to explain in the most fun and effective way possible :)
30% Graphic Related
Photo & Image Editing, Simple publication design (Print or Web Based) etc
30% Administration & Product Data Related
Invoicing, Making Checklist & Rundown List, Managing Product Data Entry and Reporting etc
20% Showroom Direct Sales & Digital Sales
Assisting customer who would like to view our products and making purchase, creating image or content related for marketing/social media purpose etc
20% Showroom Related Activity & Showroom General Affair
Product and props arrangement, making checklist for inventory, troubleshooting for devices etc
Requirements
Fresh graduates to senior levels are welcome to apply
Familiar with Mac OS X environment
Fluency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
Fluency in MS Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Spreadsheet
Prior experience in sales is a huge plus
Detail-oriented (being OCD might help as our company are very detailed and being organized is the key :)
Fluency in English (we have plenty of foreigner inquiries)
Verbal and written communication skills
A strong sense of layout & design is also a huge plus ! (we are big fan of Helvetica Design & Grid/Raster based design of Josef Müller-Brockmann)
After passing probation period and based on capabilities assessment, we have commission based scheme for sales performance on site :)
