Sales Associate (Fashion Retail) – Placement: Batam
Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide styling recommendations.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain store appearance, product displays, and stock availability.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and fashion trends.
Requirements
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion retail or customer service (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Passionate about fashion and customer service.
- Strong communication and selling skills.
- Well-groomed, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Placement: Batam.
