Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in finding K-pop albums, merchandise, and other products.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customers’ interests.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle sales transactions and ensure a smooth customer shopping experience.
- Monitor product availability and assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
- Support store promotions, sales campaigns, and other store activities.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Requirements
- Must have a good understanding of K-pop, including popular K-pop groups, artists, albums, and merchandise.
- Passionate about K-pop and familiar with K-pop fandom culture.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a retail environment and achieving sales targets.
- Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to be placed at WITHMUU, Lotte Shopping Avenue, Jakarta.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in K-pop are welcome to apply!
