We are an Australian activewear brand expanding into Indonesia, with our first store located in Bali. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team and help deliver an excellent in-store experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist with product displays, stock replenishment, and inventory checks.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle product exchanges and customer inquiries professionally.
- Support daily store opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with stock take and other store operational tasks when required.
- Represent the Keep That Pump brand in a professional and positive manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
- Customer-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to the store schedule.
- Passionate about fashion, fitness, activewear, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
