One of our client, representing few global companies worldwide in Indonesia. They supply raw material for paint, ink and plastic industries in Indonesia for more than 30 years. Their products have been widely used by well-known brands in diverse application such as wall paint, car and motorcycle paint, wood coating, food packaging ink, and many others. They also represent one of the largest tinting machine company worldwide. Hundreds of machines have been installed all over Indonesia.
Therefore, to further boost the growth of the company and to gain more market share, they are currently looking for a highly motivated, result oriented, persistent and passionate professional to join their team to fill the below position:
Sales Assistant
Job Description
- Support sales team to prepare and deliver sales order on time
- Responsible to prepare sample request from sales division to customers
- Following up to the customers about the quotation as the deal with sales
- Submit daily report from sales division regularly
- Follow up orders and maintain relationship by phone
- Maintain forecast and stock availability
- Other responsibilities to maintain our service quality to the customers
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree any field
- Maximum 30 year old
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultative skills
- Result oriented person, multitasking, and highly motivated person
- Well-organized, Attention to detail
- Fluent in english both oral and written skills
