Sales Assistant — Trove & Co.
Trove & Co. is a jewelry brand specializing in delicate, timeless pieces in sterling silver and gold vermeil. We're looking for a warm, motivated Sales Assistant to join our team in Bali and help create a memorable experience for every customer who walks through our door.
The Role
You'll be assisting customers on the sales floor and assisting the store manager to keep the store running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a creative retail environment as we are planning to expand our brand across Bali.
What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming and assisting customers in-store, providing detailed product knowledge and guidance. Handling transactions and packing orders accurately. Keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Restocking and managing inventory. Supporting in-store promotions, events, and special displays. Managing customer orders and ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
What We're Looking For
A diploma or bachelor's degree, or equivalent post-secondary education. Prior experience in retail is not required — fresh graduates are welcome to apply. A friendly, professional, and customer-first personality is required. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English.
