Deskripsi pekerjaan Sales Assistant PT CND INTERNATIONAL TRADE INDONESIA

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Assist with the coordination of sales activities, such as scheduling appointments and managing client correspondence
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, handling inquiries, orders, and resolving any issues
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of sales-related materials, such as presentations and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective sales operations
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the overall sales function

Qualification :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Customer-oriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client service
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required
