Job description for Sales Assistant at ONE IBC VIỆT NAM
- Get in touch with customers (phone numbers, email addresses,...).
- Finding the right customer role model requires understanding and following instructions.
- Establish trust-based relationships with clients to better serve their organizations.
- Promote the company's image by introducing prospective customers to its services.
- Filter leads by categorizing customers.
- Manage customer service inquiries and third-party customer issues arising from the sales consulting process.
- Provide customers with information about promotions (if any).
- Maintain a weekly and monthly CRM report collection system that includes data entry, tracking, and exporting.
- Optimize customer search by working directly with Sales and Marketing.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in using professional social networks such as Linkedin with Sale Navigator function.
- Preference will be given to candidates who know how to use contact information search tools.
- Inexperienced; or less than 02 years in professional companies, providing company secretarial services.
- English (written and spoken) is required.
- Experience working with foreigners is a big plus.
- Working independently, proactively, and improvising effectively.
- Communicate effectively, negotiate effectively and persuade others.
- Creative, dynamic, and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Providing support on the skills of negotiation, selling, and professional knowledge
- Training on CRM software, including support for technical training.
- Be guided and work with experienced senior advisors.
- Tet bonus and 13th month salary according to seniority and capacity.
