1. Sales
* Actively promote domestic and international shipping services to potential customers.
* Identify and approach new customers to expand the customer base.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
* Follow up with prospective customers and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
* Promote additional services and provide suitable shipping solutions based on customer needs.
2. Customer Service
* Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.
* Communicate effectively with local and international customers in English and Indonesian.
* Explain shipping services, rates, delivery times, terms, and conditions clearly.
* Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
* Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
3. Shipping Operations
* Process customer shipments, including domestic and international packages and documents.
* Accurately measure and weigh shipments, verify shipment details, and calculate shipping charges.
* Ensure all shipping information, customer details, and required documents are complete and accurate.
* Prepare shipment bookings, shipping labels, and other necessary documentation.
* Track shipments and assist customers with delivery status inquiries.
* Ensure all packages are handled, stored, and prepared for dispatch properly.
4. Administrative Responsibilities
* Record daily transactions, sales, and customer information accurately.
* Handle payments and maintain proper transaction records.
* Prepare daily sales reports and operational updates.
* Maintain organized customer databases and shipment records.
* Ensure all documents and financial records are properly maintained.
5. Store Operations & Maintenance
* Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized store environment.
* Ensure the counter, equipment, and working area are kept clean and presentable.
* Monitor packaging materials and other operational supplies.
* Assist with general store operations and ensure the store runs smoothly.
* Follow company procedures, operational standards, and service guidelines.
6. Professional Conduct & Accountability
* Demonstrate honesty, integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Be punctual and maintain consistent attendance.
* Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them accurately and on time.
* Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
* Report operational issues, customer complaints, or shipment discrepancies to management promptly.
