Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant:
Checking Contractors’ Work
Ensuring that deliverables (e.g., printed materials from the print shop) match our specifications
Reviewing quality and accuracy before final use or distribution
Communicating with Contractors
Acting as a liaison between our company and external vendors (e.g., print shops, construction crews)
Coordinating timelines, clarifying instructions, and resolving any issues that arise
Supporting General Marketing Activities
Visiting construction sites to check banner placement
Taking photos at various Bali locations upon request (for marketing use)
Conducting market or competitor research as needed
