Sales Assistant (Full-Time, Indonesia)
We're looking for a responsive and organized Sales Assistant to manage prospect communication and book qualified sales calls for our French-language training programs.
What you'll do:
Respond to prospects via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Follow a structured qualification process to identify serious prospects
Ask the right questions to understand each prospect's situation, goals, and budget
Book sales calls with qualified prospects and send calendar confirmations
Follow up consistently with prospects who haven't responded
Update the CRM and report daily activity and results
Use AI tools to improve reply quality and speed
What we're looking for:
Strong written French (non-negotiable)
Professional, patient, and detail-oriented
Able to follow a sales process without cutting corners
Comfortable with CRM tools, messaging platforms, and AI tools
Based in Indonesia
This is not a basic customer service role. You'll be managing the first stage of our sales pipeline, which means your ability to qualify prospects properly and follow up consistently will directly impact company revenue.
