This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for generating and managing sales leads, building strong relationships with clients, creating and executing marketing campaigns, and promoting A&L Group’s products and services. The role involves conducting market research, identifying trends, developing sales strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth.
Qualifications
Experience in sales strategy development, lead generation, and account management
Marketing expertise, including campaign planning, social media management, and digital strategy
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Market research and analytical skills for identifying trends and customer needs
Proficiency in tools for sales, marketing, and data management is a plus
Prior experience in the AVL industry is an advantage
Ability to work on-site and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
