Job Description
- Handling reservation and sales inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online booking channels.
- Providing guests with information about villa availability, rates, services, and booking options.
- Following up on inquiries and leads to convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Managing reservations, depositss, amendments, and cancellations accurately.
- Promoting villa services, upgrades, and additional services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate reservation records and coordinating with the operations team.
- Handling guest inquiries and complaints professionally and ensuring timely solutions.
- Assisting with other sales and reservation tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, reservations, or customer service within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent customer service.
- Good knowledge of reservation systems, booking platforms, and basic sales processes.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
