Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated, confident, and target-driven Sales & Partnership Executive to grow Beer on Wheels through strategic partnerships and direct sales. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with partners, and increasing bookings through collaboration with the tourism and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential business partners, including hotels, villas, hostels, travel agencies, tour operators, bars, restaurants, and tourism-related businesses.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners.
* Present and promote Beer on Wheels products and partnership programs.
* Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms.
* Achieve monthly sales and partnership targets.
* Conduct regular sales visits and business presentations.
* Follow up on leads and partnership opportunities.
* Coordinate with the Operations and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership activities.
* Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
* Represent Beer on Wheels at networking events, exhibitions, and tourism events when required.
* Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.

Requirements
* Male or Female, 21–35 years old.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnership, Hospitality, or Tourism is preferred.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate in English.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
* Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
* Able to build professional relationships and maintain partner satisfaction.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Owns a motorcycle and a valid SIM C.
* Familiar with the Bali tourism and hospitality industry is an advantage.
