About the Role
Support Voyago’s inbound operations, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and grow our B2B and B2C business.
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the General Manager of Voyago.
- Handle reservations and coordinate tour departures.
- Provide support to B2B and B2C clients.
- Manage the CRM and sales pipeline.
- Reconcile payments, invoices, and related documents.
- Collect and follow up on guest feedback.
- Work closely with overseas partners, suppliers, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in inbound tour operations or reservations.
- Fluent and confident English, both spoken and written.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and CRM tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to be on call during tours when needed.
- Team player with a service-minded attitude.
