We are looking for a proactive and communicative Sales & Marketing Staff to help grow student enrollment at Timedoor Academy Cikupa.
Responsibilities:
• Follow up with prospective students and parents through online and offline marketing channels.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide support via WhatsApp and other communication platforms.
• Promote and explain our programs to parents and convert leads into enrolled students.
• Schedule and book students for trial classes and regular classes.
• Follow up with trial class participants to encourage enrollment into regular programs.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with schools for events, programs, and student recruitment.
• Assist in creating and executing sales and marketing strategies.
• Create engaging marketing content, including short-form video content for social media.
• Manage and promote the company’s services through social media platforms.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales performance data.
• Assist with administrative, operational, and marketing activities alongside the team.
• Support business meetings, project coordination, and internal communication when needed.
