Sales & Marketing Executive – Honest Management
Job Description
Honest Management is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our villa management business and build strong relationships with property owners and potential clients.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and approach potential villa owners and property investors.
* Promote Honest Management’s villa management and operational services.
* Generate new leads through online platforms, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with villa owners and potential clients.
* Arrange property visits and meetings with prospective clients.
* Prepare and present service packages, proposals, and pricing to potential clients.
* Follow up on leads, inquiries, negotiations, and potential partnerships.
* Achieve monthly sales and new-property acquisition targets.
* Coordinate with the operations team during the onboarding process of new properties.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the Bali hospitality and property market.
* Support marketing activities and develop ideas to increase brand awareness and business opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, meetings, and sales activities.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Villa Management, Real Estate, or Property Management is preferred.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Confident in meeting and communicating with property owners and business partners.
* Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
* Good networking and relationship-building skills.
* Able to work independently and manage multiple leads.
* Familiar with Bali’s villa, hospitality, and property market is an advantage.
* Own transportation and a valid driving license are preferred.
