Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new customers through canvassing, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
* Promote and sell the company’s products based on customer needs and assigned sales targets.
* Actively follow up with potential and existing customers until transactions are successfully completed.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
* Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations and solutions.
* Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers in accordance with company guidelines.
* Prepare and monitor quotations, orders, and the overall sales process until completion.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
* Conduct market surveys and monitor market prices, trends, and conditions.
* Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer development, and sales performance.
Qualifications
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Account Executive, Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong selling skills with proven ability to actively follow up and convert prospects into customers.
* Target-oriented, results-driven, and highly motivated to achieve sales objectives.

* Possession of a valid SIM A or SIM C and driving ability is a plus.
