Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Sales & Marketing professional. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, handling inquiries, and managing the sales process to achieve revenue goals. The role also involves delivering product training, developing and executing sales strategies, and fostering a positive customer experience throughout all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in customer service and fostering positive client relationships
- Experience 2+ years in sales, including prospecting, lead generation, and managing the end-to-end sales process
- Skills in training and delivering product knowledge to clients and internal teams
- Proven ability in sales management and strategy execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP or similar systems is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
