Job Description
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) by creating engaging and relevant content.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, communities, and business partners.
• Plan, organize, and execute promotional campaigns and marketing events.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
• Male/Female, maximum 35 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree (D3/S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing or Digital Marketing (experience in the F&B industry is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Able to create engaging content and write compelling copy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive, target-oriented, and responsible.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
