Qualifications

- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Sales and sales management abilities to drive business development and achieve targets
- Experience in conducting training sessions to support skill and knowledge development
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software is an advantage
- Familiarity with the freight forwarding or logistics industry would be a valuable asset
Job Descriptions:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Promote and sell freight forwarding services (air, sea, and land transportation)
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
