* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with solid foundational knowledge in sales strategy and market development.
* Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, F&B industry preferred, with a clear track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding market reach.
* Proven ability to drive sales growth and increase customer traffic through strategic online and offline initiatives.
* Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting sales data, consumer behavior, and market trends to develop actionable strategies.
* Target-driven and performance-oriented, comfortable working with measurable KPIs and consistently delivering results aligned with company objectives.
* Proficient in Google Workspace including Docs, Slides, and Sheets for reporting, performance tracking, and professional presentations.
