Requirements
- Min education D3/S1 in marketing/management/business field
- Able to manage data using Google Suites (sheet, Gdocs, Glides)
- Possesses skill in operating somed platforms (Whatsapp, IG, TikTok)
- Have an intermediate English written skill
- Have a good personality and attitude, proactive and creative
- Fast learner and problem solving
- Willing to work in weekend
- Preferably who has an experience in padel industry
Job desc and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions/ complaints through all somed platforms
- Estbalish and grow padel community
- Collaborated with relevant teams to drive occupancy rate growth through initiatives e.g coaching programs, kids academies, etc
- Manage end-to-end event on court
- Drive Online & Offline Promotional Activity (leads collection, engaging community)
- Create daily, weekly and monthly report
