Tibra Overseas Education is looking for a proactive **Sales & Marketing Strategy Associate** to support student recruitment, sales activities, and digital marketing initiatives.

### What You’ll Do

* Handle B2C & B2B leads and follow-ups

* Communicate with students, parents & partners

* Support sales and enrollment targets

* Coordinate digital marketing campaigns & content

* Contribute ideas to improve marketing strategy

* Monitor leads, campaigns & market opportunities

### What We’re Looking For

* Fresh graduates are welcome

* Strong communication skills

* Good English, written & spoken

* Interested in sales & digital marketing

* Proactive, organized & willing to learn

* Comfortable working independently & remotely

* Education/study abroad experience is a plus
