We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, proactive, and capable of turning marketing and sales initiatives into measurable business results.

What You'll Do:
1. Develop and execute sales & marketing initiatives to support business growth.
2. Identify opportunities to increase customer traffic and sales, particularly during weekdays.
3. Develop promotional programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
4. Explore and build potential B2B partnerships with companies, schools, communities, and other potential partners.
5. Monitor sales and marketing performance using relevant data and reports.
6. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify business opportunities.
7. Collaborate with the existing marketing and operational teams to execute campaigns.
8. Prepare regular reports and recommendations based on sales and marketing performance.
What We're Looking For:
1. Minimum D3/S1 in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related role.
3. Strong commercial and analytical thinking.
4. Comfortable working with numbers, sales data, and spreadsheets.
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
6. Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a dynamic F&B environment.
7. Willing to conduct field visits and meet potential business partners.
Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or consumer-facing businesses is a plus.
